founded at Chapman University in the year 2001. In our short time, the Iota Epsilon chapter has developed into one of the top chapters in the nation, receiving the Hugh Shields award in 2008 and 2009. 
Chapman University was founded in 1861, and has a history of a strong Greek community. It is within this close-knit community that Iota Epsilon is able to strive, working independently as well as alongside other houses to bring to campus events such as Hazing Prevention Week, Chapman Under the Influence, and Delta Queen, just to name a few. An innovative rush process, lasting almost a month, allows for Iota Epsilon to plan unique rush events. Dinners, dances, beach bonfires, and barbecues are just some of the exciting events that take place as we introduce potential new members to our fraternity and active brothers. Currently, our chapter stands at 59 members strong, and we look to bring in a strong new group of young gentlemen, Upsilon Class, this fall.
Iota Epsilon has firmly planted itself in the Chapman and Delt community, and shows no signs of easing its efforts in the coming years. Now is an exciting time to get involved and learn what our fraternity has to offer,
